The room was spacious and super clean, with a comfy bed and a nice kitchen area. It felt like having a little home away from home! The quiet atmosphere made it easy to relax after exploring Hot Springs.

Not a fan of the lack of central AC; it made the bedroom uncomfortably warm.

The staff were wonderful and personable, and we could use wake up calls and ironing free of charge. The great and convenient location was steps away from Family Fun Park. Besides, it was close to Oaklawn race track, Lake Hamilton and downtown and the lake.

The hotel is centrally located, within walking distance to attractions and convenient stores. Close to a casino, it's in a central area but near a slightly less appealing part of town. the rooms are comfortable with a nice bed, and the staff is friendly. However, the lack of accountability in addressing issues such as dirty rooms and a non-smoking room being charged at a high rate can be disappointing for guests.

Inconsistent policies regarding reservations based on local identification.

My room was very clean and well furnished. The furniture was in pristine shape - no chips, scratches, or tears. The bathroom was immaculate and there were plenty of nice towels. What impressed me most was my room smelled like roses - not in a heavy way and it wasn't covering the smell of bleach or ammonia, but more like a spa.

Everything was wonderful and the staff was amazing. The rooms were huge and impressive, on the wi-fi sucks. Having a shower and a hairdryer was a bonus. The service was absolutely excellent!

The room had everything you need and the staff were really friendly. the bathroom had a tub 🛁. the location was super convenient, close to everything around.

We had a great time here, it was a pleasant stay. Our room had a handy storage space and coffee for our caffeine fix. the location was perfect, super close to both the race track 🏁 and the business center, making it easy and comfortable to get around.

This place is great, cozy, and housed in a lovely building, offering a complimentary breakfast and a fantastic location close to Lake Hamilton.

We stayed on the 3rd floor in a non-smoking room. Once exiting off the elevator, the smoke scent was so strong in the hallway, once in the room you could still smell the smoke. Please consider a smoke-free hotel.
